• Q Q: Is there any free sample?

  A: Betalent Carbide is a manufacturing base company that does not have much profit. Usually, we don’t offer free samples or a few free samples with shipping fee customer burden. But the price for small samples we will try to keep the same as mass order, and customers won’t charge an extra fee for samples.

• Q Q: What is MOQ?

  A: For standard goods, we have stock in our warehouse, and no MOQ. For no mold items which we need to open new mold especially, we charge mold fee. For unpopular grades, one batch production limit of our ball mill is 30KGS. But most time, we have stock or they are popular with no special MOQ, so please check order by order.

• Q Q: What is your payment term, is credit considered?

  A: T/T before shipping, L/C for big amounts. Only those reliable customers who have cooperated with us over two years with a stable and good reputation can enjoy credit payment terms after strict measurement.

• Q Q: What is your packing condition?

  A: Standard packing fits long-way transportation, and you can customize labels or carton, or inner packing. If you have your special packing requirements, please contact our salesperson for details.
