Process

1. Sub-micron grain size carbide rod or flat

Prepare powder as per formula of specific grade → Ball milling the powders  →    Drying with spray drying tower →     Extrusion    →  Drying(in room temperaure, then in drying furnace) →    Mid-inspection  →   Trial sintering     → Material inspection    Sintering   →   Grinding and cutting as per requirement   →   Final inspection(material, size)  →    Packing →    Delivery

2. Carbide blank for heading die by pressing process

Prepare powder as per formula of specific grade    →  Ball milling the powders→   Drying with spray drying tower  →    Pressing    →Trimming shape with CNC machine as per order →    Mid inspection  →    Trial sintering  →   Material inspection    Sintering  → Grinding as per order   →Final inspection(material, size)    → Packing  →  Delivery

3. Production process by dry bag press machine

Prepare powder as per formula of specific grade  →    Ball milling the powders   → Drying with spray drying tower  →    Pressing by dry bag machine   →  Trimming shape with CNC machine as per order  →  Mid inspection    →  Trial sintering   →  Material inspection →   Sintering  → Grinding as per order→   Final inspection(material, size)   →  Packing   → Delivery
