Thread End Mill

The thread end mill is for milling thread teeth. The carbide thread milling cutter has a great advantage in machining accuracy, finish surface and efficiency compared to the other thread tool tap, the speed of thread milling cutter is ten times or more than tap, milling speed of carbide thread end mill can reach 80 to 200m/min while HSS tap speed is about 8 to 30m/min, and the machining of carbide thread end mill is not limited by thread structure and thread rotation, in the machining process of CNC milling thread, the adjustment of thread diameter size is very convenient.  Hence the thread end mill is widely applied in thread teeth machining.
