Carbide end mill for optical lens, widely applied to optical industry, to cut and mill the frame of the lens to match the rims and shape the the lens to the designed aesthetic effect.
Betalent carbide specially develop a series of carbide end mills for optical lens. Including the single flute end mill for screw hole drilling and milling, the end mill for lens frame milling, the multifunctional end mill integrated with screw hole machining, plate cutting, and shape of frame machining.
Advantage: Accurate end mill with tolerance 1micron, surface fine finish without burr, can get a mirror polishing milling result on PC or PA lens.
